The Wolverhampton gotronic Grass Challenger.

The touchtennis Midlands tour returns to near normality this week with this £50 Challenger event on 4 terrific grass courts at Wolverhampton Lawn Tennis and Squash Club, sponsored by www.gotronic.co.uk.

This Challenger event is not open to top 20 players, it's aimed at beginners, and improvers and journeymen type tour players looking for a first title on tour. Everyone gets World ranking points and a bit of prizemoney to play for although the absolute bundles of fun and community spirit these events offer should be the main aim of entry. 

Trophies on offer, wonderful playing surface and that grand slam centre court feeling on all courts, with the gotronic centre court being live streamed. The club has showers, restaurant and a fully stocked bar with wonderful spectating spots on offer.

There will be a maximum of 24 entries, and first match losers will enter a consolation draw for a coveted medal and there will also be a fun 1 set shootout doubles knockout to end the night under floodlights again for medals and bragging rights.

Please hurry in signing up as this well sell out fast and offers a great tournamnet practice ahead of the £300 event 3 days later in Walsall. Open to men and women aged 16 and over.
