touchtennis Tsunami Charity Event

This immense touchtennis event will be raising money for the tragedy that struck Japan March 11 2011. The massive earthquake and resulting tsunami have caused widespread destruction and suffering. More than 8,000 people have died in the disaster, thousands are injured and at least 12,000 are missing. Many people are living in evacuation centres as 14,000 homes have been destroyed and around 100,000 are damaged. The event will start at 11am where we will be going through the rules of the new sport! You will be allocated a team prior to the event and your fancy dress will be organised by your team captain. Once all the entries are in Gaby and I will out the teams with contact information so you can get to know each other and decide on your amazing fancy dress! (Note there will be a prize for the best dressed team!) Minimum entry price: £10 Entry deadline: 6th May Gaby and I will also run a Cardio Tennis session at the end of the day for anyone that would like to take part!
